Over my 25+ year career, I've always been interested in performance management. So I decided to pursue a doctorate in strategic management, which I plan to finish in 2025. So soon I'll be able to start consulting, teaching, and writing on a full time basis. To unwind, I enjoy tent camping, hiking, and fly fishing across the beautiful state parks of Pennsylvania.
